Joanne Leach founded MiraClair Wealth to provide thoughtful, bespoke financial planning for clients whose financial lives extend beyond the UK and require careful coordination across jurisdictions.

With more than 25 years of experience advising internationally mobile individuals and families, her approach is grounded in careful planning, clear communication and a long-term perspective.

Earlier in her career, Joanne helped establish the French arm of an international advisory firm. Her work in developing cross-border advisory services was recognised by the International Adviser Best Practice Adviser Awards, where the firm was named Best Adviser Firm in Europe Under Three Years (2022).
